we had a such great stay in london so close to london, the centre and restaurants. had extremely spacious room with 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. we appreciated the café, where the breakfast was served. location was marvellous, a 15-minute ride to a medieval castle. plus it was located in hoxton night life.

The flat was spacious and clean with all the necessary amenities provided. The key was easy to locate, and the communication from the manager was good. The location was excellent, close to great bars and restaurants.
The flat was situated above a noisy bar/nightclub, which made it difficult to sleep. The bass music continued until the early hours of the morning, and despite the ear plugs provided, it was tough to get a good night's rest.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed with the spaciousness and cleanliness of the apartment. It had all the necessary amenities, such as a kettle and ironing board, making it convenient for a comfortable stay. the location was a major plus as it was situated in a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of great bars and restaurants nearby. This made it easy to explore and enjoy the local scene.
There were a few drawbacks of my experience. the apartment was located above a bar, which resulted in excessive noise levels.

The apartment was spacious and well-designed, with a lovely living room that was clean and comfortable. The windows could be opened, allowing for fresh air, and there were blackout curtains for a good night's sleep. Another great aspect was the provision of pots, pans, and other kitchen essentials, making it convenient for cooking. Additionally, having a key to come and go as I pleased was a freedom that I enjoyed.
The location of the apartment posed some challenges. The stairs leading to the door were difficult for me as an elderly and partially sighted person.

I always return to this cozy place. They helped me with my hairbrush on my first stay. It suits me, has a TV, allows pets, and is smoke-free. Can't wait to come back for Easter!

I recently stayed at Flat C in London for a family trip. The apartment itself is well-designed and warm, with spacious and clean living areas. The windows can be opened, allowing for fresh air, and the blackout curtains ensure a good night's sleep. I appreciated the generous provision of pots and pans in the kitchen, as well as the freedom of having my own front door. The little outdoor area was a nice touch, perfect for smokers or hanging out washing. The location is great and the host, James, was helpful during our stay. a comfortable and convenient place to call home for a few days.
Would recommend this hotel.

Spacious and well-equipped flat with easily accessible key location. Great central neighborhood for exploring.
The noise from the bar downstairs was unbearable, especially on weekends. the cleanliness of the flat was lacking, and there was a strong smell of weed from previous guests.

the host, James, was very helpful and even came to let us in when we accidentally locked ourselves out. the flat had everything we needed, including a kettle and ironing board. the location was excellent, close to fantastic bars and restaurants. I particularly enjoyed the large windows with blackout curtains and the little outdoor area for smokers or hanging washing. It was a perfect place for a family trip. Please note that I booked Flat C but stayed in a different flat. Cons: Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like. 👍.
